Adé Black
Warm, calm, authoritative, and edgy. I’ve been told that my voice combines all these attributes and after two decades immersed in the world of radio production, I am now stepping into the limelight as a voiceover artist; fresh to the mic but with a wealth of experience in audio.
My journey began behind the scenes, shaping narratives as a radio producer and mentoring presenters to find their own unique style. After 20+ years in the business and countless hours coaching others, I've embraced the call to lend my own voice to the industry.
Additionally, my technical expertise, honed over years of editing audio, ensures a seamless and polished delivery.
Born and raised in the UK but having lived in France and Italy, I’m fluent in English and have conversational knowledge of French and Italian.
I use a Røde NT USB+ mic and Adobe Audition / Reaper as editing software. If needed I can participate in a live directed session via Zoom or any video conferencing platform that works for you.
Past Clients I’ve Worked With: Over the years I have presented news documentaries on BBC Radio and have recently secured a two book audiobook deal.
